Machine Installation Commissioning:
Install commission digital printers in order to initiate smooth functioning.

Service Call Reporting:
Attend Break down calls. Call resolution for Service calls, call escalation if not resolved in time. Provide remote on-site support to the team. Activity Reporting to helpdesk in order to update, Conversion of customer to AMC, preparation, and implementation preventive maintenance schedules
Machine Maintenance / breakdown:
Timely Service to customers in order to ensure minimum down time and effective performance of the machines.
Technical Support for Sales:
Tech inputs for sales team Customers in order to help them in closure of sales.
Spares Management:
Prepare preventive maintenance plan and execute to improve spares and consumables yield.
