The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering excellent after-sales service to clients. Key Responsibilities: Install, commission, and maintain equipment/machinery at client sites. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing effective solutions. Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to minimize downtime. Respond to customer complaints and service requests in a timely manner. Train clients on equipment operation, safety, and best practices. Document service reports, repair activities, and parts used. Coordinate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues. Ensure compliance with company safety standards and protocols. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field. Proven experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar technical role. Strong knowledge of troubleshooting and repair techniques. Ability to read technical manuals, drawings, and schematics. Good communication and customer service skills. Willingness to travel frequently to client locations. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure. Preferred Skills: Experience in Fabrication Related Basic knowledge of computer applications and reporting tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
