SHREEDHAR INSTRUMENTS, with a team of over 70 people, has been operating since 1998, offering products and services primarily in the Pharma/Life Science Manufacturing segment. We also provide instruments for Environment Monitoring, Industrial Health & Safety within Gujarat. Our corporate office is located in Vadodara, supported by 11 sales and service locations nationwide. We partner with leading global manufacturers to deliver the best technical solutions, complemented by prompt after-sales service.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer, based in Chandigarh. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing field service and technical support, as well as conducting maintenance and repair tasks on instruments. Day-to-day tasks will involve diagnosing issues, servicing equipment, and maintaining high customer satisfaction through effective communication and technical expertise.

Qualifications

Troubleshooting and Field Service skills of Analytical Instruments
Technical Support and Maintenance & Repair skills
Good communication skills
Experience in the Pharma/Life Science industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Engineering with Instrumentation/ Elctrical/ Electronics, or a related field
Ability to work independently and effectively on-site in Chandigarh
