Key Responsibilities: Develop new business in the building sector, campuses, and ULBs. Generate leads & conduct sales presentations to explain waste-to-pellet benefits. Manage client relationships and negotiate contracts. Analyze market trends and provide feedback for product improvement. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Business, Environmental Science, or Engineering. MBA preferred. At least 3-5 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in waste management or industrial equipment sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
