KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Resolving technical faults of medical equipment’s, accessories etc. as applicable Handling preventive maintenance of the Shalya Products across PAN India Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment’s Understanding the customers technical issue and resolving the same offline or online as per requirement, Acting promptly on the requests raised by customers for spare replacement, calibration, software upgradation etc. as per requirement Conducting research and attending workshops to remain abreast of developments in medical device industry, Providing Service training to new joiners and dealers Ensuring use of safety protective equipment’s for the assigned task Carrying out any other tasks assigned by Reporting Manager Interested candidate can directly Email us at recruit@shalya.in
