QC - ENGINEER

You should have 3 to 5 years of experience in a Quality Control (QC) role. Your skills should include Mechanical Component Knowledge, Planning, QC work, Time Management, Documentation, and Teamwork. As a Quality Control Inspector, your key responsibilities will include: - Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met on time. - Preparing FPA (First Part Approval) reports for new developments of parts/components (Moulded and Mechanical). - Checking and generating reports on incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished components according to the quality plan. - Reviewing and approving work instructions for manufacturing components to minimize process time and standardize production processes, including moulding parameters for different materials and machine maintenance checklists. - Analyzing problems in dyes and providing corrective measures. - Evaluating moulded articles with CAD articles to identify deviations and report necessary functional changes. - Identifying root causes for quality issues and ensuring the implementation of suggested modifications or corrective actions. - Ensuring quality productivity, 5S, and Kaizen in the workplace. - Ensuring the use of safety protective equipment for assigned tasks. - Performing any other tasks as assigned by the Manager.,
