QC - ENGINEER

Role Overview: As a Quality Control (QC) professional with 3 to 5 years of experience, your role involves inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met within the specified time frame. You will be responsible for preparing First Part Approval (FPA) reports for new developments, checking incoming raw materials, in-process and finished components, and reviewing work instructions for manufacturing components to streamline the production process. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying root causes of quality issues and implementing corrective actions to ensure quality productivity. Key Responsibilities: - Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met on time. - Prepare First Part Approval (FPA) reports for new developments of parts/components. - Check and make reports of incoming raw materials, in-process, and finished components as per the quality plan. - Review and approve work instructions for manufacturing components to minimize process time and standardize production processes. - Analyze problems in dyes and provide corrective measures. - Evaluate molded articles with CAD articles to identify deviations and report required functional changes. - Identify root causes for quality issues and ensure implementation of necessary modifications or corrective actions. - Ensure quality productivity, 5S, and Kaizen at the workplace. - Ensure the use of safety protective equipment for assigned tasks. - Carry out any other tasks as assigned by the Manager. Qualification Required: - 3 to 5 years of experience in a QC role. - Skills required include mechanical component knowledge, planning, QC work, time management, documentation, and teamwork.,
