Service Engineer Profile

Job Title: Service Engineer
Department: Electrical / Power SystemsLocation: Amritsar

Job Summary:
We are hiring a skilled Service Engineer for our Amritsar branch. The candidate must have strong knowledge of high-frequency UPS systems (online & offline), UPS card repair, and installation of all types of batteries. The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on experience in UPS and power backup systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair high-frequency UPS (online & offline).
Perform UPS card repair and handle circuit-level troubleshooting.
Install and service all types of batteries (SMF, Tubular, Lithium, etc.).
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure uptime.
Perform system diagnostics, battery load testing, and health checks.
Maintain accurate service reports and records.
Provide customer support and training when required.
Follow electrical safety protocols and company guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

ITI or Diploma in Electrical (mandatory).
3–5 years of work experience in UPS systems, batteries, and electrical equipment.
Strong expertise in high-frequency UPS (online & offline).
Ability to repair UPS cards and troubleshoot at component level.
Knowledge of installation and servicing of all types of batteries.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for field service.

Salary:
Salary will be decided based on candidate’s skills and experience.
