Job Description

Installation & Commissioning

Install and set up mechanical equipment and systems at customer sites.
Ensure the machinery is correctly configured and integrated.
Conduct initial testing and performance checks.

Maintenance & Servicing

Perform routine maintenance on mechanical systems (preventive and corrective).
Replace or repair worn-out parts and upgrade outdated systems.
Maintain service logs and records of all maintenance work.

Troubleshooting & Diagnostics

Diagnose faults in mechanical systems and equipment.
Use tools and diagnostic software to identify and resolve issues.
Provide solutions quickly to minimize downtime.

Customer Support

Train customers or operators on using and maintaining the equipment.
Provide technical support on-site or remotely.
Address customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.

regular Technical Duties

Calibrate and test mechanical systems.
Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and manuals.
Collaborate with the design and engineering teams for technical feedback.
Suggest improvements based on recurring issues or customer feedback.

Administrative & Reporting

Prepare service reports and documentation.
Manage inventory of spare parts and tools.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
