Service Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Responsible for Component level / Board level repair of Ultrasound / Patient Monitors / Color Doppler / Microwave Medical

Disinfection System at customer premises / Service Centre during warranty and post warranty period

● Responsible for live demos of our products / customer training. Should be able to handle customer queries during the

demo.

● Responsible for selling AMC to customers, providing service against AMC and collection of Repair / AMC dues from

customers.

● Responsible for up selling our additional products to existing Customers

● Generating sales leads and closing business with new Customers

● Should take regular follow ups when the AMC expires

● Timely repair of breakdown systems with constant effort to reduce downtime period

FIRST SIX MONTHS EXPECTATIONS

of employment. Be as specific and concrete as possible in describing these tasks)

Acquire and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the product lines and applications for the entire product portfolio of Forsta

Medtech.

Understand the organization culture

Achieve 6 months’ target as defined in the KRA

Develop and maintain relationships with his/her team of Service Associates.

Develop and maintain relationships with internal, Sales, Marketing, Technical Services, Services and CEO and direct key accounts.

Identify customers for AMC/CMC contracts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

• Medical equipment : 1 year (Preferred)
• Ultrasound: 2 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
