Job Basics

• Role: Service Engineer (Medical Devices)
• Experience: 2–3 years
• Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Core Responsibilities

• Installation & Setup → Engineer will install and configure medical devices in hospitals/clinics.
• Maintenance & Repair → Routine check-ups, fixing faults, and ensuring devices always work.
• Customer Support → Handle service calls, answer queries, and maintain good client relationships.
• Troubleshooting → Quickly identify and solve technical issues.
• Documentation → Keep service reports, repair logs, and feedback for management.
• Training Customers → Teach doctors, nurses, and staff how to use and maintain equipment.
• Teamwork → Work closely with other engineers/support teams when complex issues arise.

Qualification & Skills Needed

• Education: Degree/Diploma in Biomedical Engg / Electronics / Mechanical / Medical Tech.
• Experience: 2–3 years handling medical equipment OR electronics service.
• Skills:
• Strong troubleshooting/problem-solving
• Basic medical device knowledge
• Can read technical diagrams
• Good communication (customer-facing role)
• Ready to travel (field job)
• Knows how to use repair tools/diagnostic instruments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,293.87 - ₹35,000.68 per month
