Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Engineerto join our dynamic team. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible forproviding technical support and services related to both mechanical andelectrical systems, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of ourproducts and services across multiple locations.Key Responsibilities:Maintenance and Repair:- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment and systems.- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutionsInstallation and Commissioning:- Install and commission new equipment and systems as required.- Ensure that installations adhere to safety and quality standards.Customer Support:- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, concerns, and technical issues.- Offer guidance and training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.1 Documentation:- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports, service logs, and documentation of parts used.- Prepare service reports for management and customers.Quality Assurance:- Ensure that all services are performed in compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
