Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Mumbai, Goa, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, Coimbatore, NCR, Udaipur, and Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems.

Roles and Responsibility

Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment and systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
Install and commission new equipment and systems as required, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, concerns, and technical issues.
Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports, service logs, and documentation of parts used.
Ensure all services are performed in compliance with company standards and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT Software - Application Programming / Maintenance industry.
Possess strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, maintenance and repair procedures, and quality assurance protocols.
Demonstrate excellent communication and customer support skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Exhibit strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
