Job Description

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for handling the installation, maintenance, and servicing of machinery and equipment. Your role will involve working with industrial/service machinery and utilizing your strong troubleshooting and customer-handling skills. Key Responsibilities: - Install, commission, and service machinery at client sites. - Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of machines. - Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in mechanical/electrical systems. - Maintain service reports and documentation for all field activities. - Coordinate with the service team and provide feedback for product improvement. - Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and provide technical support. - Maintain inventory of service tools, spare parts, and consumables. - Adhere to company policies and safety standards during service operations. Qualifications Required: - Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering Additional Details: - Industry: Machinery / Equipment Services - Experience: 6-7 Years - Salary Range: INR 20,000 - 35,000 per month - Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh As a Service Engineer, you should have a strong knowledge of machinery servicing and maintenance, understanding of mechanical/electrical drawings and schematics, excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, good communication and customer interaction skills, and willingness to travel to client sites as required. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person work at various locations.,
