Technical understanding of the client complaint and approach to provide on time right solution. Do root cause analysis and find out the cost effective method/ approach and solve the problem. Maintain the client complaint summary in assigned call reports and submit to service dept. Clear in communication with service coordinator and share complete and on-time details of assigned complaint. Freshers can also apply.
