Job Description

Responsibilities:

Resolve escalated technical service issues by delivering prompt and effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
Customize service plans based on customer requirements and specific site conditions.
Maintain high service quality through continuous monitoring and process improvements.
Prepare detailed technical reports for internal evaluations and client communication.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, support, and sales teams to enhance overall customer experience.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for inverters and solar power systems.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1+ year of experience, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Willingness and availability to work early morning shifts starting at 4:00 AM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Willingness to travel:

25% (Preferred)
