Service Engineer

We are seeking a technically skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to install, maintain, and support our systems and equipment at client sites. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth system performance, minimizing downtime, and delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure systems or equipment at customer locations
• Troubleshoot and repair technical faults to ensure quick resolution
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on systems and devices
• Provide remote and onsite technical support and training to customers
• Recommend system upgrades or replacements based on customer needs
• Manage spare parts/tools inventory and report shortages
• Collect customer feedback and suggest service improvements
• Travel to customer sites for service calls, installations, and support

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering field; or relevant technical certification.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools, service software, and technical documentation
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
