Service Engineer -Electrical and Mechanical (Construction Equipment)

Role & responsibilities

Service Engineer (Electrical):-

You are responsible for Electrical repair / new installation of tower cranes & passenger hoist. Knowledge on PLC / VFD will be an added advantage. Technical support, Electrical services, Preventive maintenance, Warranty Management, Training on improvement of skill matrix, Frequent Travelling required for various construction projects.

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair on Passenger cum Material Hoists, Tower Crane And Anti-Collision Systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical or mechanical issues and faults in Passenger cum Material Hoist systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with technicians to resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports and documentation.
• Adhere to safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide technical support and assistance to clients as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and components such as PLC, VFD, contactors, relays, and motors.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to work in field environments and adhere to safety practices

Service Engineer (Mechanical)

You are responsible for all mechanical repair / New installations of construction Equipment at various project sites. Basic knowledge of structural installation, Alignments, Gearbox, rollers, pinions, height work. Machine Maintenance, warranty management Frequents traveling required

Preferred candidate profile

Desired Candidate Profile: Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical , Must have 4 ~ 8 years experience in after sales service of construction equipments, Preferably in Passenger hoist / Men & Material Hoist, Tower cranes, Mast climbers.
