Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1) Sales & Administrative Support and Reporting: Prepare and process sales quotations, invoices, contracts and tender submissions, and client presentations. Maintain and update sales records, databases, and reports. Maintain detailed sales records and generate reports on order status, delivery performance, and sales targets. 2) Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all documentation complies with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., safety standards, GST invoices, etc.). Handle after-sales service requests or complaints and escalate issues as needed. 3) Sales Team Coordination: Respond to client queries regarding products, services, or orders. Follow up on leads and customer feedback. Coordinate with sales team for order fulfilment and issue resolution. Track sales targets and report on performance matrix. 4) Communication and Liaison: Liaise between the sales department and other internal departments (Service, Accounts, Logistics, Finance). 5) Reporting and Documentation: Generate regular sales reports for management. Reporting To: CEO / AVP Sales Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Alternately, can also consider Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Prior experience in sales support or coordination (2-4 years preferred). Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel & PPT). Decent in written and oral communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
