Service Engineer

Job Function: Promptly address customer service requirement, delivering excellent service. Build customer satisfaction, preference and positive recommendations through loyalty and generate enquiries leading to orders.

We are looking for Service professionals for locations Lucknow/Ahmedabad/ Guwahati/Bhubaneshwar/ Raipur/Secunderabad/Bengaluru/Hosapete/Nagpur/Pune

KRA's:

1. Is to provide exceptional service solutions through prompt and efficient resolution of service-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

2. Provide valuable insights to give constructive feedbacks for RCA.

3. Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences and competitor activities

4. Is responsible for overseeing and managing service operations across the area, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery to customers.

5. Desires nurturance of customers and service partners.

6. Requires understanding of the service function in industry, preferably Motor industry service.

Education Qualification:

1. B.E./B.Tech. (Electrical/Mechanical). Equ. Qualification for suitable candidates acceptable

2. Additional certifications or professional qualifications in service management or related areas will be advantageous.

Relevant Industry experience:

1. Should possess 2 to 7 years of experience in service management of similar industry.

2. Knowledge of service delivery processes, service level agreements (SLAs), and service performance metrics.
