Job Description

As a Service Engineer at Group Company, your primary responsibility is to ensure exceptional service and technical support for our clients, focusing on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the main technical support contact for customers, offering troubleshooting assistance, resolving technical issues, and providing effective solutions promptly. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and support. - Regularly evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements. - Generate spare business, up-gradation business, and implement these at customer sites. - Conduct technical training sessions for customers on the operation and maintenance of ACG equipment, both on-site and remotely. - Keep detailed service records, document customer interactions, job status, and actions taken. Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior engineers or management. - Provide reports on site visits, performance enhancements, and customer feedback. - Collaborate with the Customer Focus Cell team, engineers, process team, and sales team to address customer needs and provide product recommendations and solutions. - Collect feedback from customers on service quality, report issues for process improvement, and propose proactive solutions to enhance customer service. - Assist in gathering competitor information on products and markets. - Maintain and update a database on customer complaints, service provided, response time, and customer feedback for senior management review. Qualifications Required: - Techno-commercial knowledge of service operations. - Technical expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving. - Strong analytical skills and ability to integrate customer feedback. - Effective communication skills. - Ability to work in cross-functional teams. - Orientation towards quality and service excellence. - Consistent delivery of results to achieve high customer satisfaction and enhance engagement.
