Job Summary: The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, installation, maintenance, and repair services for our range of Agri Food Processing Machinery. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of agricultural machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose technical issues and troubleshoot equipment problems efficiently.
• Conduct preventive maintenance checks and routine inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.
• Provide technical assistance and training to customers on equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and basic troubleshooting.
• Document service activities, including service reports, repair logs, and customer communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, production, design) to address customer needs and provide technical insights.
• Adhere to safety protocols and standards while working with machinery.
• Manage and maintain service tools and spare parts inventory.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Service Engineer, preferably in the agricultural machinery or heavy equipment sector.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel to customer sites as required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Must be a male candidate from Ambala.
