Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Chennai. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing technical support, performing field service operations, and ensuring the maintenance and repair of power backup systems. Daily tasks include diagnosing technical issues, communicating with clients, and ensuring timely service delivery to maintain system reliability.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
Experience in Field Service operations
Strong Communication skills for client interactions
Knowledge of Maintenance & Repair of power backup systems
Ability to work independently and on-site
Relevant industry certifications or an electrical engineering degree is a plus
