Service Engineer-Analytical Instruments

Job Summary:

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installation, calibration, breakdown support and preventive maintenance of analytical instruments used in pharma manufacturing. You'll work closely with senior engineers and ensure high standards of service delivery.

Responsibilities:

Calibration of field instruments: NVPC, LPC, GIT, FIT, etc.On-site installation and breakdown servicing.Assist in project work documentation.Frequent travel across our installation sites in pharma companies.Prepare accurate service reports.

Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Electronics & Instrumentation, Electrical, ECE or Control & Instrumentation.

Skills Required:

Strong technical knowledge of analytical instruments.Understanding of pharma industry guidelines and regulations.Good communication and reporting skills.Familiarity with MS Office tools.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Independent handling of NVPC & VPC calibrations within 3 months.Understanding of working principles of all instruments within 3 months.Adherence to pharma industry standards and documentation.

Working Conditions:

Extensive travel via bus,train or bike (within 100km radius)Carry calibration tools on-site.Willingness to work late nights or holidays of necessary.
