Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert

  technical support to international customers

  via phone, email, or chat.

• Troubleshoot software/hardware issues

  and efficiently guide users through step-by-step solutions.

• Escalate unresolved queries

  to the appropriate internal teams, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain

  accurate records

  of all customer interactions and their resolutions.
• Meet and exceed

  performance metrics

  , including customer satisfaction, issue resolution time, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Education:

  Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream).

• Communication:

  Excellent communication skills in English

  (both verbal and written) are essential.

• Technical Understanding:

  Basic understanding of technical concepts such as

  networking, operating systems, and hardware/software

  .

• Flexibility:

  Willingness to work in

  rotational shifts and on rotational offs

  .

• Experience:

  Freshers are welcome; up to 1 year of tech support experience is preferred.
