As a skilled Service Desk Analyst with C1 level proficiency in German at Infotel India, you will play a crucial role in providing exemplary L1, L2, and L3 support to our diverse clientele of German-speaking users. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Serve as the main point of contact for German-speaking clients, offering top-notch technical support across all levels. - Diagnose and analyze technical issues, determining appropriate solutions or escalations as needed. - Log client inquiries in ticketing systems, monitor progress, and ensure timely resolution. - Conduct training sessions for users on IT tools and applications to enhance effective usage. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical challenges and enhance support processes. - Contribute to the development and maintenance of support documentation and knowledge bases. Qualifications required for this role include: - Fluent in German (C1 level) and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages. - Previous experience in a Service Desk role providing L1, L2, and L3 support. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform under pressure. - Familiarity with IT service management systems and ticketing software. - Understanding of networking, servers, and general IT infrastructure. - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently. - Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to service excellence. - Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
