Service Desk Engineer

As a Service Desk Engineer at CorroHealth, you will play a crucial role in the IT team by providing technical support to end users. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth functioning of desktops, laptops, printers, and software systems. You will be required to offer L1/L2 technical support through email, chat, and phone channels, with a specific focus on troubleshooting and Outlook configuration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital for success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Provide L1/L2 technical support via email, chat, and phone. - Must possess Cloud Azure experience. - Troubleshoot technical issues effectively. - Configure Outlook settings as needed. - Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
