Delivery & Leadership Responsibilities

• End-to-End Governance:

  Oversee delivery for a portfolio of Mobile, Web, and Cloud projects. Manage risk, escalations, and resource allocation across distributed global teams.

• Client Partnership:

  Act as the primary strategic advisor for German stakeholders. Lead steering committees, roadmap planning, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

• Technical Mentorship:

  Bridge the gap between product and engineering. Coach Tech Leads, review High-Level Designs (HLD), and ensure technical feasibility of proposals.

• Presales:

  Drive solutioning, estimations, and proposal defense for new opportunities within the portfolio.
