Based in Noida, the ideal candidate should have at least 12+ years of experience and hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. In this role, you will engage with clients at the account level, serving as a trusted adviser by providing visibility, service reviews, and reporting throughout all stages of the implementation life cycle. Collaboration with other Umbrella teams is essential to ensure seamless changes within customers" environments while meeting capacity requirements and service level agreements. Building a trusted client advisory relationship with clients and the team is a key aspect of the role, along with offering visibility and guidance on service accounts through regular operational service reviews and reporting. Additionally, you will be responsible for addressing operational and tactical issues, participating in the change management process for customers" environments, and working with application owners to streamline test, upgrade, and release management processes. Engaging with customer technical stakeholders, you will represent the voice of the customer internally, ensuring that SLAs are met and customer issues are prioritized and resolved promptly. The successful candidate will have over 18 years of experience in Managed Service Operations, including expertise in design, implementation, consulting, infrastructure, and cloud service system administration. Strong customer-facing skills are crucial to effectively represent Umbrella within customer environments, engaging in discussions with senior personnel on incidents, best practices, compliance frameworks, and risk management. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required, as well as experience in managed service delivery management, consulting for a Cloud Service Provider, and conducting Service Level Reviews and reporting. The ability to multitask and deliver projects in a fast-paced environment is highly valued. Overall, this role entails close collaboration with various Umbrella teams, ensuring smooth transitions in customers" environments while upholding service level agreements. By fostering trusted relationships with clients and the team, providing visibility and guidance on service accounts, and effectively communicating across internal and external organizations, you will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and success.,
