Skill required: Global Mobility - Global Mobility Designation: Service Delivery Ops Specialist Qualifications: Any Graduation Years of Experience: 7 to 11 years What would you do? Oversee all aspects of Visa and Immigration services for smooth operations.Monitor performance and quality using metrics, and drive continuous improvement.Identify gaps in processes and propose improvement measures.Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accurate immigration services.Drive process, tool, metric, and training improvements based on feedback and metrics.Take responsibility for all issues and ensure successful resolutions.Stay updated on changes to legislation.Train HR/Project staff on immigration rules to enhance role performance.Manage risk and compliance with immigration requirements.Train delivery teams on process changes related to immigration.Identify customer requests/issues and follow escalation procedures for proper resolution.Build relationships with key Mobility stakeholders like HR, Recruitment, and vendors.Assist with ad-hoc advisory tasks or projects as needed.Help transition work to shared service centers on time and within budget. Represent the onshore team and manage change during the transition.Raise quality or scope issues impacting delivery and streamline decision-making.Understand existing metrics and improve the measurement system for effectiveness and transparency. Liaise with the Service Management Team on performance reporting.Escalate complex issues and seek advice when needed.Ensure Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans are updated and tested. Work with BCM and Local IT on testing. Assist with Root Cause Analysis and suggest corrective actions.Support Knowledge Transfer and gain in-depth process knowledge as needed.Participate in internal or client initiatives related to processes.Ensure process dashboards and visual displays are reviewed What are we looking for? NATeam Development:1. Ensure that the Team is adequately staffed and resources have the right skills required for the job. Liaise with OADM, Accenture Leadership, Recruitment and IJP Teams on staffing requirements. 2. Provide team members with a clear sense of direction and understanding of each other's responsibilities including career planning and succession planning. 3. Ensure a robust measurement system to substantiate performance evaluation of team members, recognizes and rewards individual and team accomplishments. 4. Conduct/Support Training for team members and on-board new team members. 5. Enhance team moral and engagement level thorough team bonding exercises and activities. Liaise with local PPA's and Human Resources Team on driving key People initiatives. 6. Ensure team is aware of their Goals and how their performance will be evaluated. Ensure that teams are able to explain the process. 7. Escalation and resolution point for team members with regards to people related queries. Liaise with local Human Resources Team on critical issues. 8. Communicates clearly and concisely, using appropriate level of detail, terminology and style. 9. Retain talent and establish growth path for valued resources. Liaise with local Hu Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts Qualifications Any Graduation
