Project Role Description :Assign and manage work assignments, drive people management activities for the delivery team. Manage service delivery quality and cost.
Must have skills :Red Hat OS Administration

Summary:As a Service Delivery Operations Representative, you will be responsible for assigning and managing work assignments, driving people management activities for the delivery team, and ensuring service delivery quality and cost. You will play a crucial role in managing the overall service delivery process.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Manage work assignments and ensure timely completion.

Drive people management activities for the delivery team.

Ensure service delivery quality and cost effectiveness.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Red Hat OS Administration.

Strong understanding of Linux operating systems.

Experience in managing and troubleshooting Red Hat OS.

Knowledge of system administration tasks such as user management, file system management, and network configuration.

Familiarity with shell scripting and automation tools.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or KVM.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Red Hat OS Administration.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
