Service Delivery Manager (IT hardware service field)

Role Overview: As a Service Delivery Manager at Jintech Solution Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing service delivery operations, leading the support team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through the maintenance of high service standards. Your role will involve managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with the support team for issue resolution, monitoring service KPIs, and ensuring adherence to SLAs. Additionally, you will be expected to handle escalations, manage client expectations proactively, and demonstrate strong knowledge of Service Delivery Management and IT Service Management practices. Your ability to effectively guide and manage a support team, coupled with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, will be essential in this role. You should also exhibit a customer service orientation, work well under pressure, and have the capacity to meet deadlines.
