Job Description

You will be responsible for handling customer service calls and assigning jobs to field engineers. Additionally, you will coordinate preventive maintenance and service schedules, track AMC/CMC contracts, warranty coverage, and service history. Your role will also involve preparing quotations and service-related documentation, as well as maintaining reports using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). Managing customer communication, inquiries, and feedback will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in service coordination, operations, or admin. Proficiency in MS Excel with advanced formulas, reporting, and data analysis is required. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are essential, and prior experience in quotation preparation will be beneficial.
