Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: Scheduling and Dispatching: Coordinating service appointments, managing technician assignments, and optimizing service delivery schedules. Customer Communication: Communicating with clients to schedule appointments, provide updates, and address inquiries or concerns. Resource Management: Ensuring the availability of necessary resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel, to support service delivery. Issue Resolution: Troubleshooting and resolving service-related issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate channels, and ensuring timely resolution. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of service requests, work orders, and customer interactions. Client Support: Providing information and guidance to clients on accessing services and support, especially in challenging situations. Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and team members. Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery processes and implementing changes as needed.
