Job Title : Service Coordinator Note: Need Good Communication in English Roles & Responsibilities: · Maintaining and tracking client’s service records, · Coordinating with service engineers, · Answering phone calls and Emails, · Resolving issues that arise concerning the delivery of our services, · Explaining our clients about the available services, · Organize the tasks and delegate the same to the service team, · Regular update and overview on the status of the services, · Proper documentation of the services provided.
