Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Coordinator at J P Sales Corporation in Dehradun. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day service coordination tasks, including managing operations, providing customer service, and ensuring effective communication.


Qualifications & Skills


  • Service Coordination, Operations Management, and Customer Service skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skill

  • Client Communication:

    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and explaining available services.
  • Scheduling & Coordination:

    Arrange service appointments, dispatch technicians, and align staff availability with client needs.
  • Service Delivery Oversight:

    Monitor progress, ensure timely completion, and follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction.
  • Issue Resolution:

    Handle complaints, escalate problems when necessary, and provide solutions to service-related challenges.
  • Record Keeping:

    Maintain detailed records of service requests, client interactions, and outcomes.
  • Team Support:

    Provide training and guidance to service staff to uphold quality standards.
  • Continuous Improvement:

    Identify areas for service enhancement and contribute to policy/procedure development.
  • Compliance:

    Ensure adherence to company policies, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
  • Education:

    High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience:

    Prior experience in service coordination, customer service, or administrative roles is advantageous.
  • Technical Skills:

    Familiarity with scheduling tools, office software, and industry-specific systems.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Customer-focused attitude and ability to multitask under pressure


Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in the IT and Power Solutions industry, knowledge of cost-effective solutions or technologies, and a bachelor's degree in a related field.
