Service Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Service Coordinator to manage service operations, coordinate service schedules, and ensure timely and professional communication with clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, experience with ZOHO , and a good understanding of laboratory instruments. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate service visits with engineers and clients Attend meetings and calls related to service activities Act as the main point of contact for client queries and ensure proper follow-up until resolution Maintain accurate service records and update sheets & systems (preferably ZOHO) Coordinate with internal teams (sales, service, logistics) for smooth service execution Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently Track service performance, prepare basic reports, and manage service-related inventory Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Biomedical, Instrumentation, or a related field 2–5 years of experience in service coordination or customer support Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills Experience using ZOHO or other service management tools Must have knowledge of laboratory equipment/instruments Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
