Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Coordinator located in Coimbatore. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating student -faculty - management relations, interacting with vendors & service providers, SM activities and ensuring smooth communication between team members and stakeholders. The role also includes addressing student concerns, counselling, and collaborating with relevant departments to maintain high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Service Coordination, Operations Management, and maintaining workflow efficiency
• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Experience in Customer Service and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in using management tools and office software is a plus
• Proven ability to work well in a team and under minimal supervision.
