The Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating student -faculty - management relations, interacting with vendors & service providers, SM activities and ensuring smooth communication between team members and stakeholders. The role also includes addressing student concerns, counselling, and collaborating with relevant departments to maintain high-quality service delivery. Qualifications Strong skills in Service Coordination, Operations Management, and maintaining workflow efficiency Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities Experience in Customer Service and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (preferred) Proficiency in using management tools and office software is a plus Proven ability to work well in a team and under minimal supervision.
