The Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing service requests, scheduling and coordinating services, maintaining communication with clients, and ensuring client satisfaction. Qualifications Strong skills in Service Coordination and Operations Management Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities Proficiency in Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction Organizational and multitasking skills to handle service assignments effectively Attention to detail and the ability to address and resolve complex service issues Basic knowledge of machinery and relevant industry experience is a plus Proficiency in relevant software and tools for managing service operations is preferred
