Job Description

As a candidate for the position, your responsibilities will include: - Handling AMC / CAMC / Spares offers and follow-up. - Booking spares and service orders such as AMC/CAMC/VAP/Per day in the system and ensuring accurate entry of planned visit dates according to the billing and visit plan requirements. - Assigning engineer calls and ensuring timely closure to maintain MTTR/pm billing plan as per the online service calendar. - Maintaining the Complaint Register, assigning calls based on priority/urgency, and maximizing visits while minimizing travel. - Following up on outstanding and commercial forms, updating them on Google Drive, and reconciling statements frequently for TDS and other deductions entries. - Arranging logistics for materials/tools. - Scheduling service engineers with consent/approval by TSE/Service executive and reporting into TSE. - Sending Complaint Closure Emails. - Communicating regarding Commissioning, Spares Orders, Warranty/CAMC Requests, OA for AMC/CAMC. - Coordinating and executing activities through vendors, including internal documentation. - Performing administrative work such as daily attendance, TA bills, and related tasks. - Collecting Service Reports, acting on spare requirements, VAP needs, and discussing with TSE/CSE if necessary. - Handling Return Orders and collecting defectives to send to the factory. - Maintaining an Enquiry Board for easy segregation of Service, Spares, and VAP enquiries. - Generating spare leads with TSE and forwarding them to the executive. - Executing billing for spares/AMC/VAP with the factory.
