Job Description:
1. Ensure all machines installation are operational at all times.
2. Ensure smooth machines installation.
3. Obtain customer feedback on regular basis for machine operations.
4. Maintain stock of spares and consumables.
5. Maintain record of spares which are regularly required by customers.
6. Handle new modification requests from customers.
7. Develop and train the team of service technician.
8. Prepare quotation as per customer requirements.
9. Follow up with purchase team for spares procurement.
10.Coordinate with internal team to resolve customer issues and keep customer updated on the process of their issue.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
