Job Description

We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team in Aluva. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating after-sales service operations, managing customer service requests, and ensuring timely communication between customers, technicians, and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service requests for home appliances, power tools, and machinery.
• Act as a communication link between customers, service technicians, and the company.
• Maintain service records, job sheets, and customer feedback reports.
• Follow up on service progress and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Support warranty claims, spare parts coordination, and maintenance documentation.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally in English and Hindi.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in service coordination or customer support (preferably in manufacturing or retail industry).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Immediate joiners preferred.
