Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Service and Customer Support, located in Gandhinagar. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing technical support, assisting with sales processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical problems, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to continuous improvement of service delivery. The role also includes documentation and reporting of service activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving
• Experience in Sales and Finance
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members
• Technical knowledge in Vision Inspection Systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is beneficial
