Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer, located in Gandhinagar. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, managing customer relationships, and identifying new sales opportunities. The role involves conducting product presentations, demonstrating the features and benefits of our systems, and offering post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Meet with clients at appointments for sales presentations Timely Report and visiting plan Submission (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) to your Reporting person. Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential in designated regions. Head Office visit – Minimum Twice in a month. Attend product trainings. Analyse costs and sales Prepare reports for head office and keep customer records Meet regular sales targets and daily/monthly customer visit targets. Support marketing activities by attending Exhibitions, conferences and other marketing events Plan detailed presentations that show clients your product info, pricing, and benefits Develop products or program suggestions for clients and successfully sell them Acquire new customers by winning them over from competitors and discovering new opportunities Show more Show less

The Service Engineer will be responsible for meeting the daily service maintenance and repair needs of the customer’s equipment. Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers as well as performing necessary administrative duties as required and other duties as assigned. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment. Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications. Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times. Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner. Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up. Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated. Qualifications 1-2 year of experience Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution based service process. Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns. Proven record of being reliable and accountable for all aspects of their job Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner. Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, entrepreneurial environment. Resourceful, with the ability to work independently. Strong time management skills.
