1. Educating and training dealers/customers/sales team in the proper use of Shalya products
2. Training medical / Par medical professionals in the most appropriate use of Shalya products
3. Supporting sales team with product and clinical information.
4. Responding to product complaints (both Application and basic Electronic issues) and resolving issues within the specified timeline.
5. Scheduling appointments, meeting existing and new customers in order to promote Shalyas product, and to determine other opportunities.
6. Performing professional demonstrations or presentations of company products or services both pre sales and post sales during installation at customer’s site through the effective use of company’s sales aids and marketing data.
7. Maintaining excellent customer relationship with key decision makers, doctors, key customer’s personnel and always work toward enhancing such relations and generating new client’s businesses accounts.
8. Staying current with industry developments by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in medical conferences/seminars/exhibitions and providing input to Sales department
9. Monitoring competitors by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products and reporting to Sales Head in an organized, timely and effective manner.
10. Conducting video training sessions for internal and external customers as and when required.
11. Preparing clinical material to support sales activities
