Service and Application Engineer

As a young and dynamic engineer in the Service and Application department, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support, installation, and maintenance of high-end products and systems for MNC's medical equipment and instruments. This role is crucial as it bridges engineering, customer support, and sales to ensure that customers receive optimal performance and value from the company's offerings. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for high-end products and systems - Perform installation and maintenance of medical equipment and instruments - Bridge engineering, customer support, and sales to enhance customer experience Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Preferred) - Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time (Preferred) Kindly note that this job is full-time and permanent, suitable for freshers.
