Job Description

As a Car Service Advisor at our Coimbatore location, your role will involve handling customer interactions, coordinating services, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the vehicle servicing process. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the service center. - Understand customer needs and accurately record service requirements. - Provide service estimates, explain repair details, and obtain necessary approvals. - Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of services and repairs. - Maintain regular communication with customers to update them on the status of their vehicles. - Ensure adherence to company service quality standards and customer satisfaction metrics. - Address service-related queries, complaints, and escalate issues as needed. - Maintain service records and ensure proper documentation. Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automobile industry. - Strong knowledge of car service operations and processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to explain technical issues in a customer-friendly manner. - Good organizational and problem-solving skills. - Customer-centric approach with a focus on service excellence. Please note that this is a Full-time, Permanent position located in Coimbatore.,
