Service Advisor

The Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. They are responsible for understanding customer concerns, scheduling service appointments, preparing job cards, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and identify their vehicle service needs.
• Schedule service appointments and manage the daily service schedule.
• Prepare job cards and record customer requests accurately.
• Communicate repair and maintenance recommendations to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Update customers on the progress of their vehicle service and inform them of any additional work required.
• Prepare estimates and obtain customer approval before proceeding with repairs.
• Ensure that all vehicles are serviced and returned on time.
• Conduct a final quality check and ensure proper billing before vehicle delivery.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of service work and customer interactions.

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma or Degree in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering
• Certification or training in customer service or automotive systems is an advantage
