Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor will be the key point of contact between our customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and understand their vehicle service needs.
  • Advise customers on required maintenance, repairs, and service options.
  • Prepare service orders and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate with technicians to schedule and prioritize work.
  • Follow up with customers regarding service progress and completion.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any complaints professionally.
  • Maintain service records and communicate effectively with management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicles and maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
